We’re looking for an experienced, reliable chef to join our friendly team at The Lounge, part of Grace & Grey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen environment, takes pride in high-quality food, and is confident working independently when needed.
About the Role
Preparing and cooking a varied menu of fresh, quality dishes
Managing service efficiently during busy periods
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Working independently and showing initiative
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen is essential
Ability to work confidently on your own
Excellent food hygiene standards
Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
