Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Duties - Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen. - Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends. - Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. - Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. - Monitor food safety practices in accordance with health regulations, ensuring compliance at all times. - Manage inventory effectively, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. - Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. - Assist in training new kitchen team members on cooking techniques and safety protocols. Experience - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. - Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. We are looking for an experienced line cook, mainly cooking chicken wings, burgers, wraps, fries etc. serving customers and taking orders. some shifts you be working alone. Full training will be given. Previous experience in a fast food environment and good customer service is essential.
