Qualifications Proven experience as a Thai Chef or in a similar role specializing in Thai cuisine. In-depth knowledge of traditional Thai recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Ability to create visually appealing dishes with excellent attention to detail. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent time management andorganisationall abilities. Certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred. ** Preferred Attributes** Creativity in combining traditional Thai cooking with modern culinary trends.
