What we are looking for
- Previous experience supporting children and young people in a residential-care setting
- A completed relevant Level 3 qualification is essential for Residential Support Worker roles
- For Senior/Team Leader roles: a completed Level 3 plus at least two years’ experience as a Senior Support Worker
- For Deputy Manager roles: at least three years’ Deputy Manager experience and a Level 3 qualification or above
- Ability to work a full-time rota, including weekends, long days and sleep-ins or waking nights where required
- Strong safeguarding awareness, resilience and clear written-recording skills
