I require a reliable and effective cleaner who has a flexible schedule, ( a minimum of 2-3 days free during the week). I would also ask of you to conduct view ins for potential tenants (your time will be paid for). Lastly I need someone who has somewhat fast replies so I can proceed according to your their schedule etc.
