Cleaner

We are looking for qualified plumbers to join our maintenance team. This is not a mundane site based role; you will work to varied schedules which will take you to different sites every day! You will be required to assess and repair reactive plumbing tasks such as leaks, blockages, tap replacements, pipe replacements on both a planned and reactive basis. You will be required to travel by either work van (if you have a valid driving licence) or public transport. The successful candidates will be qualified to a minimum standard of City & Guilds 6189-11 Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing & Heating. This is a full time role. Pay is monthly.

Join our growing maintenance team now! We run a dynamic and busy maintenance operation, completing a wide range of works including plumbing, electrical and handyman. We are looking for a decorator who drives to join our team. This is a permanent employed position and you will receive holiday allowance, uniform and training. You will also be given a van for work journeys. Shift times are out of hours generally work 8pm to 6am, and overtime available. Please note that we pay MONTHLY and all staff must be able to prove valid UK right to work eligibility. The pay rate is dependant on experience, qualifications and relevant skills.

You will work 2 hours per day x 5 days per week with Monday night / Tuesday morning and Tuesday night / Wednesday morning shift OFF. It is a general cleaning role; mopping, hoovering, dusting and cleaning toilets.
