    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Marketing Manager. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and attention to detail will drive our brand forward and help us connect effectively with our target audiences. Duties • Take ownership of all social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube., • Plan, create, design, edit, schedule and publish engaging content across all social media platforms., • Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives., • Create high-quality graphics, reels, videos, photography and written content for digital marketing campaigns., • Monitor, respond to and manage comments, direct messages and online community engagement., • Track, analyse and report on social media performance, recommending improvements to increase reach, engagement and followers., • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity to identify new opportunities., • Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing strategy., • Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels., • Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, brochures, presentations and promotional assets., • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters., • Assist with SEO and other digital marketing activities to improve online visibility., • Support the planning and promotion of events, open days and product launches., • Liaise with suppliers, influencers, photographers and external marketing partners where required., • Maintain a library of marketing assets, images and brand resources., • Proofread and quality-check all marketing materials before publication., • Provide administrative support to the marketing Manager and assist with additional marketing projects as required. Experience • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Prior experience or familiarity with Marketing, • Strong analysis skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights, • Competence in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes, • Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies and practices, • Solid understanding of marketing principles along with IT literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently and independently Qualifications within Marketing are not essential but are preferred. Starting pay rate of £13.50 depending on experience. This role is a work from home position, however you would be expected to attend occasional team meetings, exhibitions and filming days.
