We are looking for dependable, hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaning Operatives to join our growing team. The successful candidates will play an important role in maintaining high cleaning standards across our client sites.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean floors, surfaces, washrooms, kitchens and communal areas to the required standard.
• Empty bins, replenish consumables and maintain tidy working environments.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and appropriately.
• Follow site-specific cleaning schedules, procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or any cleaning-related concerns.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supplies are stored correctly.
• Work independently and manage assigned cleaning tasks efficiently.

Requirements
Essential:

• A reliable, punctual and responsible attitude.
• Good attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and cleaning procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A professional and respectful approach when working on client premises.

Desirable:

• Previous commercial or domestic cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of COSHH and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Experience using professional cleaning equipment.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• A full, valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to travel between assigned client sites when required.

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential, as training and guidance will be provided where required.
