Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mediterranean cuisine, have a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality. This role will involve preparing and cooking dishes under the supervision of our Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring that every plate that leaves the kitchen is a testament to Greek culinary tradition. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards while maintaining consistency., • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality control., • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to uphold hygiene standards and kitchen procedures., • Assist in menu development, particularly with authentic Greek recipes and contemporary adaptations., • Handle inventory for your station, ensuring stock levels are adequate for service., • Participate in staff training, sharing knowledge of Greek culinary techniques.
