Personal Injury Litigator is required by a dynamic, fast paced and well established, multi-service Law firm in Blackburn, Lancashire. The successful Personal Injury Litigator will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Litigator. You will have strong interpersonal skills & case management system experience along with having the ability to manage your own workload effectively. Offering a fantastic salary of up to £45,000, this role is perfect for qualified or non-qualified Clinical Negligence Lawyers with at least 3 years' of experience. This role will see you responsible for : Handling your own varied caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated Clinical Negligence files, including both fast and multi-track matters Deal with cases independently and without supervision from start to finish Support junior staff members to ensure that they are given the best possibilities for success Work to targets set by the firm and ensure that these are met or exceeded at all times Conduct relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude the claim. Undertaking Court Telephone Hearings Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems Correspondence and telephone calls Reviewing files Ideally, you will be an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer who has dealt with these cases for at least 3 years.
