We are a small family-run Rational approved service partner looking for an experienced and reliable Commercial Catering Equipment Engineer to carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs of Rational ovens, both gas and electric.



The Role


You will be carrying out servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on Rational Combi ovens at customers sites.


This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys working independently and wants the earning potential of being paid per completed job.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* CCN1 – Gas qualification
* COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5
* 18th Edition Electrical
* Good understanding of safe isolation procedures
* Experience working with commercial catering equipment
* Rational oven experience is required – update training will be provided where necessary
* Confident working on both gas and electrical equipment
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Professional approach and excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

We are looking for an engineer who is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in their workmanship.


You should be confident diagnosing faults, completing repairs efficiently and dealing professionally and politely with customers.


The role is paid per completed job, making it particularly suited to an experienced engineer who is efficient, self-motivated and enjoys working independently.
