Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager. 8. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service. 9. Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably as a prep cook or similar role. 2. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles. 3. Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 6. Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 7. Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.
