COMMIS CHEF – OPENING TEAM
As a Commis Chef, you will support preparation and service across kitchen sections and develop your skills as part of the opening team.


Key Responsibilities

  • • Supporting daily mise en place across sections
  • • Assisting during service to ensure smooth execution
  • • Maintaining excellent cleanliness and food safety standards
  • • Learning recipes and specifications

About You

  • • Minimum 6–12 months kitchen experience preferred
  • • Passion for food and hospitality
  • • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • • Calm and reliable under pressure

Salary & Benefits

  • • up to £15 per hour incl service charge (tronc-based system)
