Job Title: Community Support Worker / Social Support (Driving Licence Required)
Location: York
Salary: £13.71 per hour (Standard & Paid Breaks) | £18.81 per hour (Weekends & Bank Holidays)

You do not need any prior qualifications in social care to apply—if you are a people person with great communication skills, we will provide you with full training and support.What you will be doing:
Providing vital social support and companionship to help prevent isolation.
Empowering individuals to build daily life skills, manage their routines, and live independently.
Accompanying clients out into the community across York for social activities, hobbies, shopping, or appointments.
Supporting individuals with practical daily tasks like meal planning and light domestic organization.
Please note: This role focuses entirely on social and community integration. There is no personal care (such as bathing or dressing) involved.
