It is a versatile role which ranges from dealing with customers, orders, payments and basic cooking and cleaning responsibilities. We are looking for all rounders with flexible work hours to cover weekends and odd days during the week.
Head Chef We are taking over a Local British Pub in Much Hadham and are looking for a Head Chef to launch a Gastro Menu. We have a love and passion for good food and hospitality and would like someone as enthusiastic and driven to join our team. Responsibilities: Create and develop seasonal menus Stock control and ordering Ensure food quality, Taste and preparation Train and manage a kitchen team Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations Problem-solving abilities Communication skills with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff Ability to work under pressure This is an amazing opportunity to lead a team and turn a wet-led pub into a destination for great food and hospitality.
