Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Partner - Leicester

About the Role

I am expanding a UK-based Utility Warehouse team.

This is a flexible, remote opportunity that can fit around existing work or personal commitments. You will operate on an independent, self-employed basis and manage your own time and activity levels.

What the role involves

• Speaking with potential customers about household utility services (energy, broadband, mobile)
• Explaining available services and helping customers understand their options
• Referring interested customers through a simple sign-up process
• Managing your own activity and customer interactions

This role involves customer referrals and recommendations. It is not a salaried or PAYE position.

Earnings

• This is a commission-based role (self-employed)
• Earnings are based on successful customer referrals and ongoing usage
• There is no guaranteed income
• Typical part-time earnings may range from approximately £500–£2000 per month depending on time committed and performance

Training & Support

• Structured onboarding and initial training provided
• Ongoing mentoring and support
• Access to established systems and processes
• Fully remote working

No previous experience is required, although a willingness to learn and follow a structured approach is important.

Requirements

• Must be aged 18 or over
• Must be based in and eligible to work in the UK
• Access to a phone and internet
• Comfortable working independently
