  Job Opening: Supervisor – Italian Focacceria & Delicatessen We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Supervisor to join our Italian Focacceria & Delicatessen. Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation. Organise staff schedules and daily workflow. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control. Requirements: Previous experience in a deli, sandwich shop, café, or similar food business (management or supervisory experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Italian food products is essential. Proven ability to use an electric slicer safely. Willingness to work hands-on in food preparation and service. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Friendly, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Flexibility to work weekends and busy periods.
