Demi Chef de Partie – Opening Team
Chintemani Restaurant – Chelsea, London
Chintemani is currently building its opening kitchen team for a new restaurant launching in Chelsea, London.
We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who is passionate about quality ingredients, fire cooking and Mediterranean flavours, and who wants to be part of a professional kitchen from the very beginning.
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious opening team and grow within a structured kitchen led by experienced chefs.
Responsibilities
Support the Chef de Partie in daily service preparation
Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
Assist with mise en place and service during busy periods
Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
What we are looking for
Previous experience as Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie
Passion for cooking and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen
Good communication and teamwork skills
Right to work in the UK
What we offer
Competitive salary £30,000 – £34,000 depending on experience
