Staff Call UK Ltd are recruiting for a deputy care manager to support the senior management team in leading safe, compliant and high-quality services across the Hull and East Riding Area.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role supporting day to day service delivery, quality compliance, staff performances and service growth in our community based services.
Duties
- Support safe and effective service delivery in line with regulatory and CQC standards.
- Day to Day oversight including capacity planning, continuity of care and support and resolving escalations.
- Supporting with referrals, assessments, service start-ups and transitions.
- Supporting management of incidents, safeguarding and ensuring learning actions and improvement plans are implemented.
- Lead / support audits and quality assurances.
- Support performance targets including referrals response, package start ups and retention
- Supporting and participating wider meetings with a multitude of professionals and representing the company to a high standard.
- Participate in the "On-Call" rota providing out of hours decision-making and escalation of support.
- Promoting the ethos and values of Staff Call and driving success and long term satisfaction for the companies clients.
Working in a background of mental health is a must for this role - understanding and working with Autism, LD, Personality Disorders and more is essential.
The role is office based and around the HU13 area.
Working Hours Monday-Friday 0900-1700 with a 1 in 4 Weekend On Call Expectancy.
