    Staff Call UK Ltd are recruiting for a deputy care manager to support the senior management team in leading safe, compliant and high-quality services across the Hull and East Riding Area. This is a hands-on operational leadership role supporting day to day service delivery, quality compliance, staff performances and service growth in our community based services. Duties • Support safe and effective service delivery in line with regulatory and CQC standards., • Day to Day oversight including capacity planning, continuity of care and support and resolving escalations., • Supporting with referrals, assessments, service start-ups and transitions., • Supporting management of incidents, safeguarding and ensuring learning actions and improvement plans are implemented., • Lead / support audits and quality assurances., • Support performance targets including referrals response, package start ups and retention, • Supporting and participating wider meetings with a multitude of professionals and representing the company to a high standard., • Participate in the "On-Call" rota providing out of hours decision-making and escalation of support., • Promoting the ethos and values of Staff Call and driving success and long term satisfaction for the companies clients. Working in a background of mental health is a must for this role - understanding and working with Autism, LD, Personality Disorders and more is essential. The role is office based and around the HU13 area. Working Hours Monday-Friday 0900-1700 with a 1 in 4 Weekend On Call Expectancy.

    Job Summary The Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of care and support. This position involves coordinating services, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between clients, families, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a compassionate approach to client care. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage care plans for clients, ensuring all services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and clients to facilitate communication and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records of client information, appointments, and care plans in compliance with regulatory standards. Monitor client progress and adapt care plans as necessary to meet changing needs. Provide support to clients and their families by answering questions and offering guidance on available resources. Transport customers into the community, and to and from there homes. Experience Previous caring experience is essential, demonstrating strong skills. Experience in a healthcare or social services environment is highly required. Proficiency in using systems for record keeping and communication purposes. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
