We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various platforms with a focus on Google Ads, marketing emails, website management, and overall sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Management: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and maximize conversions.
- Marketing Emails: Design, create, and send marketing emails that engage customers, promote our products/services, and drive sales.
- Website Management: Regularly monitor and update website content, ensuring layout and design are aligned with brand goals and user experience.
- Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that increase overall sales and track performance to ensure targets are being met.
- Analytics and Reporting: Continuously track and analyze digital marketing campaigns to measure performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- SEO & User Experience: Ensure that websites are optimized for search engines and provide a seamless user experience.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, Google Ads, and website best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Google Ads, email marketing, and website management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and paid advertising.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, MailChimp, or similar platforms.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, particularly in website layout and content optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to achieve growth objectives.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website updates.
