About the Role: We are an established and growing dog walking business based in Hampstead, seeking a qualified freelance bookkeeper who can also provide administrative support during the working week. This is a flexible, part-time role suited to an experienced professional who is highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Raise, issue, and track client invoices - Manage payments, receipts, and reconciliations - Prepare basic financial reports and summaries - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including email management and document handling - Assist in streamlining and improving administrative processes - Required Qualifications and Experience A recognised UK bookkeeping qualification is essential, such as: - AAT Level 3 or higher (Association of Accounting Technicians) - ICB Membership (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers) - Or equivalent certification with demonstrable experience - Proven experience in bookkeeping for small businesses or sole traders - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) - Understanding of UK accounting practices, including VAT (if applicable) and payroll basics - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Working Hours: - Initial commitment of 7 hours per week, ideally spread across 2–3 days - Flexibility to increase to up to 15 hours per week as the business continues to grow - Fully remote working Remuneration - £20 per hour - Freelance/contract basis (applicants must be registered to invoice for services in the UK)

Our company offers bespoke pet care services such as dog walking, doggy daycare, dog boarding and small animals boarding at our facility in Cricklewood. This is an exciting opportunity to join a young business and work alongside young individuals to grow together with the company. We have a full time and a part time vacancy available. Experience is not mandatory as long as you have big love for animals and ability to learn quickly and efficiently. Working with animals is a great joy, but also a great responsibility that requires dedication, excellent communication skills, and lots of patience. Someone with flexible schedule will be a priority, however will be happy to arrange fix days of the week, busiest days are Tuesday and Thursday! APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND BE OVER 25 YEARS OLD Full Time Dog walker required for Kensington and Chelsea Hours are 7.30am - finishing by 5pm Daily duties include, collecting dogs, doing 3 x 1 hour walks and dropping dogs back home. Previous experience working with dogs is not essential, but must be comfortable around dogs and be able to competently handle a group of dogs. Looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and is dedicated and reliable. Must be able to drive and have a clean UK Driver’s license. Must have a good command of English and be punctual. There will be 6 weeks of training before the applicant starts picking up dogs on their own. First training, getting to know the dogs and getting used to the routine. Pay rate is £500 per week until probation is complete, then starting pay is £130 weekdays and £150 Weekends. The role is Sunday - Thursday Going forward, pay will increase based on performance. We run a yearly dog training course for our team for those interested in a dog training career.
