Job description Core Role: The CSR has overall responsibility for delivering first class customer service to their Centre’s customers and visitors and ensuring their business needs are met. The role will be extremely varied, and you will be expected to handle multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables: Customer Service Handle day-to-day ‘front of house’ customers and their customers’ liaisons Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner Answer the switchboard and maintain a rapid response rate according to the agreed standards.
