About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication prompts.
- Promote independence, choice, and well-being for all service users.
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in domiciliary or home care.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and high standards of care.
