We run a fast-growing professional training academy with a large online audience. We are not hiring a marketer or social media manager. We’re hiring a Training Content Producer to work in person and help us film, edit, and structure: • Online academy training content, • YouTube videos Capture and produce clear, professional training and social content that supports learning and drives people into the academy. This is an execution role What you’ll be responsible for Primary responsibilities (core of the role) • Filming academy training content (on-site), • Camera setup, audio, lighting, • Talking-head and screen-based recordings, • Editing long-form academy lessons, • Clean cuts, pacing, clarity, • Chapters / timestamps, • Organising and uploading content into the academy, • Filming and editing YouTube content, • Repurposing content into short-form clips for TikTok & Instagram, • Creating thumbnails or briefing thumbnails, • Preparing video assets for landing pages and onboarding, • Supporting updates to academy and website content when needed Must have • Experience filming and editing video, • Comfortable using cameras, microphones, and basic lighting, • Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve), • Experience with educational, YouTube, or social content, • Highly organised and detail-focused, • Experience producing online courses or academies, • Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram formats, • Canva / thumbnail creation You’ll be a good fit if you: • Like being hands-on with filming and editing, • Prefer execution over brainstorming, • Care about clarity and consistency, • Are comfortable working closely with a small team, • 40 hours per week to start, • Competitive pay based on experience
