As a Locality Manager, you'll lead a team of senior practitioners, social workers, and support staff to deliver high-quality adult social care services. You'll ensure assessments, planning, and provision of care are evidence-based, person-centred, and aligned with statutory requirements. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll shape services, manage resources, and foster innovation to improve outcomes for adults in Herefordshire. • Lead and inspire teams to deliver outstanding adult social care services, influence system‑wide cultural change, and work together to achieve a joined‑up approach to operational services, creating a clear vision for the future., • Manage budgets, resources, and performance to achieve efficiency and quality, delivering value for money services, managing risk appropriately, and improving outcomes., • Drive service improvements and implement innovative ways of working.
