COMPANY SUMMARY Pink Moon was born in 2012 after we saw the industry was crying out for a dependable events supplier. Today we work across festivals including the Isle of Wight, Latitude, Electric Picnic, Camp Bestival, Forbidden Forest and many more - delivering boutique glamping accommodation, VIP services and bespoke event experiences. THE ROLE We're looking for a Content Creator to join us on the road for the 2026 summer season. This is a hands-on, production-focused role - you'll be on-site at our festivals capturing photo and video content, then turning it around into publish-ready assets for Pink Moon to use across our channels. You'll be the person behind the camera, behind the edit, and behind the strategy - building a warm, editorial, photo-led brand feel that captures what makes Pink Moon special. You're the eye and the hands - the one making things. If you enjoy creating content, have a great eye, and want to spend a summer producing a portfolio of work across some of the UK and Ireland's biggest events - this is for you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES On-Site Capture • Attend Pink Moon events across the May–September 2026 season, capturing high-quality photo and video content from build, show days and behind-the-scenes moments., • Produce editorial, lifestyle-led content that feels warm and human - not corporate., • Edit photo and video content to a publish-ready standard, often on scheduled turnarounds during live events. Channel Management & Posting • Own day-to-day management of Pink Moon's Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook channels., • Schedule, post, and community-manage across all platforms., • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity, adapting tone for each audience - customer-facing on Instagram and TikTok, B2B on LinkedIn. Strategy & Planning • Develop and execute the social media strategy across Pink Moon's divisions, including our LinkedIn B2B awareness campaign targeting promoters, landowners and event organisers., • Plan content calendars around our event schedule, with weighted focus on our flagship events., • Track performance and report on what's working for each platform ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Demonstrable experience producing social-first photo and video content - a portfolio or showreel is required., • Proficiency in Canva, Lightroom and CapCut (or equivalent editing software)., • A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport - the role requires travel to festival sites across the UK and Ireland., • Availability to be on-site at festivals throughout the May–September 2026 season, including weekends and long days., • Right to work in the UK., • Immediate start DESIRED • Experience in the events, festival, hospitality, travel or lifestyle sectors., • Your own camera kit (we have some equipment available, but a candidate with their own professional gear is a plus)., • Based within reasonable reach of Tockwith, or able to travel in regularly between events. INTERVIEW PROCESS There will be a two-stage interview process with the Pink Moon team, with the final stage conducted by a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
