Company Overview
We are recruiting experienced Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to book in-home appointments on behalf of Anglian Home Improvements, a nationally recognised home improvement company established in 1966. Anglian currently generates approximately £20.5 million in weekly turnover nationwide and operates at scale across the UK.
Role Overview
This role focuses exclusively on booking qualified appointments with homeowners. You will conduct door-to-door outreach, pitch Anglian Home Improvements’ products and services, and register appointments and outcomes using a dedicated mobile app. Commission is paid on all pitched leads, regardless of whether a sale is ultimately made.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas
- Pitch Anglian Home Improvements’ products and services to homeowners
- Book qualified in-home appointments
- Accurately log appointments and outcomes using the company app
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets
- Maintain professional conduct and brand representation at all times
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven door-to-door canvassing or appointment-setting experience (essential)
- Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering results
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence working in face-to-face sales environments
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable working to performance targets and commission-based pay
