Role Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Education Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position ideal for mature adults or students returning to work. You will be the first point of contact for families and professionals involved in SEN education.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries.
Communicate professionally with parents, carers, prospective learners, and local authority SEN officers.
Process referral forms and coordinate with tutors and parents to finalise education timetables.
Maintain accurate and well-organised records of all correspondence and activities.
Attend internal training to learn and support our education platform.
Requirements:
Clear and polite telephone manner
Ability to write professional and clear emails
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Comfortable using basic digital tools and working remotely
