  The Role We are looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team. This is a client-facing, sales-led role where you will manage projects from initial consultation and design through to closing the sale and overseeing delivery. You will be working on high-value, bespoke kitchen projects within a premium showroom environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct showroom consultations with new and existing clients, • Understand client requirements, budgets and project scope, • Design bespoke kitchens tailored to client needs, • Present and sell high-value kitchen solutions, • Prepare quotations and negotiate sales, • Manage projects from concept through to installation, • Liaise with suppliers, fitters and internal teams Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in kitchen design / kitchen showroom sales, • Strong sales ability and track record of achieving targets, • Confident in a client-facing environment, • Good technical design knowledge (CAD experience preferred), • Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach Package • Basic salary (depending on experience), • Uncapped commission (OTE £70K+), • Pension (5% matched), • 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays, • Every other Saturday off
