are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Event Preparation Assistant to support the preparation of luxury fragrance event setups.
This is a hands-on role based at our Barking unit, ideal for someone local who enjoys practical work, creative environments, and flexible part-time hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing event materials and packaging
- Organising stock, bottles, and event equipment
- Support with content creation and design on Canva
- Assisting with labelling, packing, and quality checks
- Supporting general unit organisation and cleanliness
- Occasional assistance with event setup preparation
Working pattern:
- Part-time: typically 1–3 shifts per week
- Hours increase during peak season (April–August)
- Flexible scheduling based on event workload
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Detail-focused and organised
- Comfortable with hands-on, practical tasks
- Based locally to Barking (preferred)
- Interested in creative or luxury event environments
No previous experience in events is required — training will be provided.
