Qualifications and Experience Essential Requirements: • NVQ Level 4 qualification in Laser and Light Therapies, or an equivalent recognised qualification., • NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent relevant training., • Previous experience working within a professional aesthetic, laser or skin clinic., • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin conditions and laser safety., • Experience conducting consultations and developing treatment plans., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Professional presentation and a patient-focused approach., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable Experience: • Experience with advanced laser platforms and skin rejuvenation technologies., • Experience in laser hair removal, IPL, pigmentation and vascular treatments., • Knowledge of medical-grade skincare and advanced facial treatments., • Additional qualifications in advanced aesthetic treatments., • Experience working within a medically led aesthetic clinic.
