Key Responsibilities • Provide professional nail services, including BIAB manicures, gel manicures, nail preparation and removal., • Perform precise cuticle work using an e-file, maintaining high standards of hygiene and nail care., • Create modern nail designs, including cat-eye and chrome finishes., • Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services., • Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients., • Manage appointment timings effectively while maintaining consistent quality., • Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation in accordance with salon standards., • Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure smooth daily operations., • Support the wider team when needed to maintain an efficient and welcoming salon environment.
