Grill Master / Hot Line Lead (Festival & Street Food) (8 Hour a day)
Pay Rate: [15-16£ an hour]
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, fast-paced Grill Master to lead our hot cooking station during an upcoming high-volume food festival. You will be responsible for managing hot-holding bain-maries, batch-toasting buns, and transferring pre-cooked Kofta patties and Chicken Shawarma fillets onto the assembly board at high speeds
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience working high-volume grills in street food stalls, food trucks, or fast-paced casual dining.
Proven ability to work under intense physical pressure near high-heat equipment.
Strong physical stamina for 8-hour event shifts.
Food Safety Level 2 Certification (required).
Knowledge of Middle Eastern/Levantine menu items (Kofta, Shawarma) is a strong plus.
Lead Burger Assembler & Expo (Street Food) (8 hour a day)
Pay Rate: [14-14.5£ an hour)

We are looking for a sharp, high-speed Burger Assembler & Expo to run our central dressing board.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in high-volume sandwich/burger assembly, pass-running, or kitchen prep lines.
Exceptional hand-eye coordination, speed, and attention to detail.
Ability to stay focused, energetic, and calm in a fast-paced festival environment.
Food Safety Level 2 Certification (required).
Familiarity with Levantine/Middle Eastern flavor profiles and sauces is preferred.
