Your Key Responsibilities
✅ Reviewing and updating care plans and risk assessments. ✅ Conducting spot checks to monitor the quality of care delivered. ✅ Carrying out staff supervisions and supporting the development of care professionals. ✅ Completing daily care visits and monitoring clients' wellbeing. ✅ Identifying changes in clients' needs and ensuring appropriate action is taken. ✅ Promoting safeguarding, compliance, and best practice in domiciliary care. ✅ Supporting a positive team culture that reflects Radfield Home Care's values.
What We Are Looking For
✔ Previous experience in a field care supervisor or senior domiciliary care role. ✔ A good understanding of care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding. ✔ Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills. ✔ A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. ✔ A valid driving licence and access to a car.
