We are a growing residential property development and investment business seeking a hands-on Finance & Development Coordinator to take ownership of bookkeeping, VAT/CIS compliance, development cost tracking and property compliance across the business.
This is a practical, embedded role within a small, fast-moving SME environment.

About You
This is a long-term part-time role with real responsibility and impact.
Initially office-based in Claygate to embed systems properly.
Flexibility may be considered once processes are established.
