Hello! Wild 202 restaurant is looking for a passionate chef de partie with a love of great food and service to join our team. Wild 202 is the sister restaurant of Wild Tavern in Chelsea. Wild 202 is a lively neighbourhood restaurant in Notting Hill offering a fresh take on Mediterranean cuisine using the freshest seasonal produce in a relaxed and modern kitchen. Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areasCollect empty glasses and bottlesRestock the bar with straws, coasters and napkinsPrepare mixers, juices and cocktail garnishesReplenish peanuts and fruitsChange out beer kegs and replace liquor bottlesRemove trash and wipe down drink spillsRefill ice binsClean rags throughout the shiftAssist the Bartenders during rush hours

• Greeting customers as they settle down at the cafe or restaurant tables and introducing them to the menus • Taking the customers’ orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation • Confirming that the food items match the orders and delivering them at the tables • Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments • Operating the drink fountain and coffee station • Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials

• Welcoming customers at the bar area and asking what they need • Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations • Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly • Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer • Cleaning the bar, washing glasses and wiping down surfaces • Taking cash or card payments from customers • Keeping up to date with the latest drink trends • Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers
