Applicants should have at least 1 year experience in speciality coffee, and ideally up to 2 years working in a high paced environment. SCA foundation is a bonus but not essential. You’ll be working with a range of Conti, on-demand grinders, Puq press and batch brew machinery, so will need to be comfortable calibrating grinders, managing workflow, and prioritising drinks as they come in. Having an understanding of working to recipe and tweaking where necessary to achieve desired flavour is a must.
