Motion Sportswear is looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Founding Growth Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founders and play a key role in growing an emerging UK sportswear brand.
Whether you’re interested in sales, marketing, sport, content creation or business, this role offers real hands-on experience and the chance to make an impact from day one.
Your responsibilities
- Represent Motion Sportswear within your local community.
- Build relationships with sports clubs, gyms, universities and organisations.
- Generate new teamwear and retail opportunities.
- Recruit athletes, ambassadors and content creators.
- Promote Motion products and campaigns both online and in person.
- Attend events, photoshoots and brand activations where possible.
- Support the growth of the Motion community across the UK.
What we’re looking for
- Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships.
- Social media experience is a bonus but not essential.
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
