Role Description This is an hourly-paid position—teach what you love and earn up to £80 per hour. We are seeking remote GCSE subject teachers across a range of disciplines, including Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, and English. The role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons to secondary school students, primarily in a 1-to-1 format, tailored to the GCSE curriculum. You will be responsible for assessing student progress, creating effective lesson plans, and adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities. You may also contribute to curriculum development and engage with students and parents to support academic achievement. Qualifications Essential Strong foundation in GCSE subjects with a relevant educational background Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development at GCSE level Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Passion for education and supporting student growth Desirable Experience teaching GCSE subjects or equivalent levels Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching certification

About the Role • Deliver 1:1 tailored tuition in the student’s home, • Support students across primary and/or secondary levels, • Adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles and needs, • Build a strong, trusting relationship with both student and family, • Experience working with SEN students (essential), • Strong understanding of differentiation and personalised learning, • Patient, calm and adaptable teaching approach, • Ability to build rapport and motivate students, • Relevant academic background or teaching/tutoring experience, • Location: Reading, Berkshire (in-person), • Hours: Flexible (after school / weekends depending on family), • Start: ASAP, • Rate: £35-40 per hour (depending on experience)

Early Learners Centre require passionate practitioners for their term time pre school. We are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to add to this team. The role is for a Pre School Assistant based in our Leyton Branch. £12.21 per hour depending on experience and qualifications Suitable Pre School assistant candidates must have the following: • An NVQ level 2/3 or higher qualification in childcare, • At least one years experience of working with 2-5 year old children, • Good understanding of the current Early Years Foundation Stage framework, • Experience of delivering a high-quality learning environment through good interaction and planned activities based on observations, • Experience of setting up a wide range of activities for all areas of learning, using observations from these activities to assess children's progress and plan further activities to support the learning and developmental needs of individual children., • Good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Confidentiality, and Whistle Blowing.
