Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Support:
Greet and assist clients upon arrival, providing excellent customer service.
Schedule and confirm appointments, managing bookings and client communications.
Handle phone and email inquiries, providing information about services and pricing.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Hair Stylist Duties:
Provide high-quality hair styling services based on client requests and latest trends.
Offer consultations to clients regarding suitable styles, treatments, and aftercare.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met in the styling area.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service and hair styling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
