Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay is an Asian Eating House and late-night lounge inspired by Tokyo's 1930s Kissas and Shanghai's drinking dens. The menu focuses on the cuisine of undivided Punjab. The Position The right Bartender will be passionate and knowledgeable about beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair. The Successful Bartender will have: a preferred 5 year experience as a Bartender (minimum 3 years), within a high-end restaurant or bar; Experience with late nights; preferred (The role will involve some late finish times over the weekend). Experience with cocktail batching and ingredients preparations; A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail; Passion for beverage, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn; The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group; you will be required to serve food at the bar counter.

We are currently looking for a part-time Friday & Saturday bartender to join our dynamic team. You should be enthusiastic, great with people, and a hardworking team player. You will be greeting and welcoming guests, taking orders, serving cocktails & drinks, taking payment, clear and reset the bar, and doing the daily cleaning and general wait staff duties.
