We’re looking for an experienced, full-time Barista to join our team at Delight. We’re a busy independent café and we really care about good coffee, great food and making every customer feel welcome. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in what they do and wants to become a genuine part of our team. You’ll need to be confident making great coffee, comfortable working in a busy environment and naturally good with people. Being friendly, positive and attentive with customers is just as important to us as your barista skills. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, willing to learn and happy to get involved across front of house. This is a full-time position with regular hours, and we’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

Job Description: The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop. Responsibilities: Prepare various beverages such as espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, and teas Handle cash and card payments accurately.
