Key responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment., • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by the chefs., • Ensure work surfaces, storage areas, and kitchen floors are clean and hygienic., • Handle deliveries, unpack supplies, and store ingredients correctly., • Support chefs with stock rotation and waste management to maintain high food safety standards., • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
