Job Title: Full-Time/Part-Time Garden Maintenance Assistant (PAYE or Self-Employed)
Location: East Grinstead / Lingfield / Edenbridge & surrounding areas
Pay: £14.00–£20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, part-time, or freelance (flexible days)
Trial Shifts: Paid trial shifts available

Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable assistant to join us in maintaining beautiful private gardens. Your work will include:

• Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming
• Weeding, pruning, and general tidy-ups
• Planting, mulching, and seasonal tasks
• Loading/unloading tools and green waste

What We’re Looking For:

• Hardworking, reliable, and happy to work outdoors in all weather
• Gardening experience essential
• Driving licence preferred
• Based locally or able to travel to jobs
• PAYE or self-employed status considered
