We are looking for an experienced and reliable Gearbox Fitter to join our team.
Job Role & Responsibilities
The role will involve removing and reinstalling gearboxes only.
Duties include:
Removing gearboxes from vehicles.
Reinstalling replacement or repaired gearboxes.
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Following correct workshop procedures.
Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday only
No weekend work.
Full-time position.
Requirements
Previous experience in gearbox removal and installation.
Good mechanical knowledge and practical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
High attention to detail.
Important
This position is strictly for gearbox removal and refitting only. No gearbox rebuilding, internal repairs or general mechanical work is required.
