Grill Chef
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Grill Chef to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience cooking steaks, burgers, grilled meats, and other grill-based dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate and manage the grill section during service.
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented to the highest standard.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workstation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with stock control and minimise waste.
- Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Grill Chef or Chef de Partie.
- Strong knowledge of meat cooking temperatures and grilling techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred).
