About the role: As a restaurant host, you're the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. You will be the face of HOP! Be the friendly face of the restaurant, welcoming, creating moments of joy and creating a positive first impression. Help guest with queries about our menu, guide them to placing orders. Develop good menu knowledge to support guests. Handing menus and other promotional materials to the passing by potential customers. Samplings food items to the passing by potential customers. Bringing your creative flare and charisma to the role and always being approachable to ensure a fantastic guest experience. You will be required to work between 12:00-21:00 Must be available to work Monday-Sunday.

About the role: Your tasks and responsibilities will depend on the daily allocation done by your manager. Your main duties are based on the food production line (kitchen preparation) and include preparing and assembling hot/cold dishes ordered by our guests and daily cleaning during and after service. From time to time, you will also be a floor host - great and welcome guests, assist with ordering, and manage customer flow. This role is restaurant-based and involves working a variety of shift patterns including working weekends and bank holidays. Please be aware we handle Pork meat in our restaurants. Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Provide guidance and support to team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Formulate and execute strategies to enhance the overall customer service experience. Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met or exceeded. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues or complaints. Investigate and resolve customer problems, making informed decisions and providing appropriate resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction. Conduct training sessions to equip customer service representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop their capabilities and ensure consistent service quality. Collect and analyze customer feedback, including surveys, reviews, and other sources of customer insight. Identify emerging trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
