Requirements • Previous experience working as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon., • Confident in women's cutting, colouring, styling and blow-drying., • Ability to perform men's haircuts using scissors and basic clipper techniques., • Experience with highlights, balayage and other colouring techniques., • Advanced barbering skills, including skin fades, would be an advantage but are not essential., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Friendly, reliable, punctual and professional., • Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently., • Passionate about hairdressing and delivering excellent results., • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hairdressing, or equivalent practical experience, preferred.
