We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our team someone who loves what they do and takes pride in making clients look and feel amazing. The Role: We’re on the hunt for a creative, confident, and experienced Hair Stylist who can hit the ground running. You’ll be working with a friendly team and a loyal client base, offering a range of services including cutting, washing, blow-drying, colour treatments and potentially hair extensions. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert haircutting, styling and blow drying services Deliver colour services (full colour, highlights, balayage etc.) with confidence Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend treatments/styles Stay up to date with hair trends, techniques, and products Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings What We’re Looking For: NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Hairdressing A minimum of 3 years of salon experience Skilled in cutting, styling, colouring and ideally hair extensions Friendly, professional and passionate about hair A team player who’s reliable and proactive Excellent communication and customer service skills Perks: Supportive, creative salon environment Opportunities for ongoing training and development Flexible working hours Product discounts and incentives Space to grow your client base and show your talent
